  • All picnic payments are are non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot have your picnic on the day you selected, including bad weather, we will work with you to schedule another date and time.
  • If rescheduling a picnic, you will have 7 days to choose a new date and time
  • Our time slots for picnics are fixed for everyday of the week, but you can certainly customize the times to whatever works best for you.
  • Picnics can be delivered to your home, office, an outdoor location of your choice, or a location we have scouted for you.
  • If you do not want to use one of our pre-designed tablescapes, you can select our “ Blank Canvas” theme. This will allow our Picnic Hour team to work with you in creating the perfect theme for your special memory.
  • If you choose to not have any of our food spreads you can certainly bring your own food, or work with us to coordinate catering.
  • If you have special dietary requirements or dietary preferences, please contact us regarding your order and we will do our very best to accommodate.
  • If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location or reschedule your booking.
